CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments must be cancelled or moved prior to 24 hours, if an appointment is cancelled in 24 hours or less you are subject to a 50% service charge and all appointments that are no showed will be charged 100% of their service charge. I understand life happens, please communicate and avoid the cancellation fee.
